A convergent fabrication of programmed pH/reduction-responsive nanoparticles for efficient dual anticancer drugs delivery for ovarian cancer treatment

چکیده
A nanoparticle-based drug delivery technology could develop combination cancer therapy more effectively. However, because of inadequate into tumor cells, the therapeutic efficiency nanomedicines is diminished. PEGylated poly(α-lipoic acid) copolymers with (mPEG-PLA) were fabricated and used as pH/reductive responsive nanovesicles to administer Gefitinib (GFT) doxorubicin (DOX) for treatment ovarian cancer. The amphiphilic polymers mPEG-PLA may be efficiently incorporated on DOX GFT fabricate coloaded nanoparticles (DOX@GFT-NPs) self-assembled an aqueous solution. DOX@GFT-NPs released after being prepared respond pH reduction stimuli. outcomes confocal laser scanning microscopy flow cytometry findings, SKOV3 cells quickly fascinated dual drugs-coloaded drugs intracellularly accumulated. triggered cell death demonstrated synergistic benefits in cells. Results showed that trigger apoptosis using morphological staining (acridine orange/ethidium bromide (AO/EB) HOECHST 33342 nuclear staining). These show stimuli copolymer treat a promising approach.

FeMn2O4 nanoparticles coated dual responsive temperature and pH-responsive polymer as a magnetic nano-carrier for controlled delivery of letrozole anti-cancer
Objective(s): For cancer cells, an efficient and selective drug delivery vehicle can remarkably improve therapeutic approaches. This paper focuses on the synthesis and characterization of magnetic MnFe2O4 NPs and their incorporation in a dual temperature and pH-responsive polymer, which can serve as an efficient drug carrier. Materials and Methods: MnFe2O4 NPs were synthesized by chemical co-pr...

متن کاملDual stimuli-responsive multi-drug delivery system for the individually controlled release of anti-cancer drugs.
A dual stimuli-responsive multi-drug delivery system was developed for "cancer cocktail therapy". Upon UV irradiation, microcapsules could rapidly release the small-molecule drugs, and thereafter the macromolecular drugs would be released in the presence of MMP in the tumor cells. This system will find great potential as a novel chemotherapeutic combination for cancer treatment.
متن کاملAnthracycline Drugs on Modified Surface of Quercetin-Loaded Polymer Nanoparticles: A Dual Drug Delivery Model for Cancer Treatment
Polymer nanoparticles are vehicles used for delivery of hydrophobic anti-cancer drugs, like doxorubicin, paclitaxel or chemopreventors like quercetin (Q). The present study deals with the synthesis and characterisation of nano formulations (NFs) from Q loaded PLGA (poly lactic-co-glycolic acid) nano particles (NPs) by surface modification. The surface of Q-loaded (NPs) is modified by coating wi...
